I am pretty sure that there is some kind of entrance (don’t quote me) outside of the Academic Center by the steps of OSP and the stairs in the gym that go down by the pool I think that some of the old PKs went to look around in these areas but I am not 100% sure but they would be good places to start
Me and some pirates explored that door and there is quite a hefty drop down into a room with a bunch of pipes. No one was brave enough to be lowered in.
